Keeping it simple is the key. You can do this. Remember to reach your goals one step at a time and one bite at a time. Food is medicine. As a certified nutritionist I will coach you and guide you through your journey. Like I said you CAN DO THIS!

I'm all about managing the sugar levels. Eating in 3s, Fats, Carbs and Proteins allows the body to stay in balance. This is key to achieving fat loss and sustained energy throughout the day. Don't let this scare you, my system is easy and I'll coach you through the process.

Quick Tips:
  • When you wake up drink 8 to 12oz of water WITH LEMON
  • Switch from sodas to UNSWEETENED Green Tea
  • Eat 4 to 6 helpings of vegetables per day
  • Have a sugar crave? Eat fresh FRUITS. Packaged and processed food are bad for you.
